(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>1.             The appellant is aggrieved by the dismissal of writ petition<\/p>\n<p>against selection of private respondent as Headmistress of the school.<\/p>\n<p>The appellant also participated but was not selected.<\/p>\n<p>2.             Main point raised was that the Managing Committee was<\/p>\n<p>not duly approved by the Director of Education and the whole process<\/p>\n<p>was illegal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.             Learned Single Judge held that there was dispute between<\/p>\n<p>two    managing      bodies    which      was   subject-matter        pending   in<\/p>\n<p>C.W.P.No.11244 of 2000 and the appointment was made after<\/p>\n<p>following due procedure. Some arrangement had to be made pending<\/p>\n<p>decision of the dispute between the two rival claimants. There was no<\/p>\n<p>ground to set aside the appointment.\n<\/p>\n<p> L.P.A. No. 29 of 2008                                      [2]<\/p>\n<p>4.          We have heard learned counsel for the appellant who<\/p>\n<p>reiterated the arguments raised before the learned Single Judge.<\/p>\n<p>5.          Admittedly, the appellant had participated in the selection<\/p>\n<p>process and was not selected. The private respondent has already been<\/p>\n<p>working for more than nine years.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.          We do not find any ground to interfere with the view taken<\/p>\n<p>by learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.
