The State Of Bihar through Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj\n               Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.\n            2. The District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.\n            3. The District Panchayat Raj Officer, Muzaffarpur.\n            4. The Mukhiya, Gram Pranchayat Raj, Bharatipur, Block-Sakra,\n               District-Muzaffarpur.\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   30.11.2010              In this writ application petitioner has prayed for a<\/p>\n<p>                   direction to the respondents to promote him from the post of<\/p>\n<p>                   Dalpati to the post of Panchayat Sevak on the ground that the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is working as acting Dalpati, and juniors to him has<\/p>\n<p>                   already been promoted as Panchayat Sevak.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention<\/p>\n<p>                   of this Court to two representations filed by the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   before the Collector, Muzaffarpur, dated 23.8.2006 and<\/p>\n<p>                   17.11.2009. He submits that the representations of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner are still pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In the circumstances, the writ application is disposed<\/p>\n<p>                   of with a direction to the Collector, Muzaffarpur, to consider<\/p>\n<p>                   the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders<\/p>\n<p>                   in accordance with law preferably within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>                   months from the date of receipt\/production of copy of this<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          order.
