On \u00a0 behalf \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant, \u00a0 Sri \u00a0 Dalbir \u00a0 Singh \u00a0 was \u00a0 present. \u00a0 The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Chandigarh\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>submissions.\u00a0We\u00a0also\u00a0carefully\u00a0considered\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0application\u00a0as\u00a0well\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>reply\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO.\u00a0Out\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0several\u00a0queries\u00a0made\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0we\u00a0find\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that \u00a0 the \u00a0 reply \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 queries \u00a0 at \u00a0 3 \u00a0 and \u00a0 4 \u00a0 has \u00a0 not \u00a0 been \u00a0 adequately \u00a0 given.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information\u00a0against\u00a0these\u00a0two\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>queries\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0records,\u00a0if\u00a0any.\u00a0The\u00a0case\u00a0is,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>thus,\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
