Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :29\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n               THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n                        -------------------------------------------\n\n                         W.P(C).No.10554 OF 2007\n\n                       -------------------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 29th  day of March, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>         Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>and having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>standing   counsel   for   the   first   respondent,   this     writ   petition   is<\/p>\n<p>disposed   of   directing   that   the   statutory   appeal   filed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   shall   be   taken   up,   considered   and   disposed   of   in<\/p>\n<p>accordance   with   law   after   affording   an   opportunity   of   being<\/p>\n<p>heard to the petitioner.
