JUSTICE MAHESH GROVER<\/p>\n<p>Present:-     Mr. Jai Singh Yadav, Advocate for the appellants.<\/p>\n<p>MAHESH GROVER, J<\/p>\n<p>              On 25th April, 2008 LRs of respondent no. 6 were brought on<\/p>\n<p>record.     Thereafter, number of opportunities have been availed by the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the appellant to serve the newly added respondents but<\/p>\n<p>neither the fresh addresses have been supplied nor any attempt has been<\/p>\n<p>made by him to serve them.
