Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                      ================\n                    W.P.(C) NO. 1461 OF 2011\n                  =====================\n\n            Dated this the 17th day of January, 2011\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In the Ernakulam Revenue District Kalolsavam, petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>team participated in Kerala Natanam and secured 4th prize with A<\/p>\n<p>Grade. Complaining that the disc slipped, which affected their<\/p>\n<p>performance, they filed appeal, which was rejected by Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>order. It is challenging Ext.P1, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>       2.   Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits<\/p>\n<p>that the CD player had no defect, and that, if at all the problem<\/p>\n<p>arose, it was only on account of the disc which was made<\/p>\n<p>available by the petitioner herself. It is also submitted that no<\/p>\n<p>other participant had any complaint as the one raised by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Admittedly, the disc in question was made available by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. Therefore, if the disc has slipped, the petitioner will<\/p>\n<p>have to take the blame of herself.
