Justice P.BHAVADASAN\n\n Dated :18\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                     P.BHAVADASAN, J.\n                      -------------------------\n                     S.A No.42 of 2002\n                     --------------------------\n              Dated this the 18th August, 2010\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Learned counsel on both sides submitted that a<\/p>\n<p>compromise petition has been filed stating that the matter<\/p>\n<p>has been settled out of court. It is prayed that the<\/p>\n<p>compromise be accepted and a decree be passed in terms<\/p>\n<p>of the compromise filed before this Court.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I have gone through the compromise petition<\/p>\n<p>filed before this Court. There is no reason to reject the<\/p>\n<p>same.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In the result, the appeals is allowed. The judgment<\/p>\n<p>and decree of the courts below are set aside and a decree<\/p>\n<p>is passed accepting the compromise filed before this Court.<\/p>\n<p>The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree<\/p>\n<p>and it shall be appended to the decree.
