    present appeal. The appellant herein<\/p>\n
w.*I1’;f i\u00a7as_\u00ab  in 0.55 No. 351\/199 had sought for<\/p>\n
V._dec1amtio,n cf the sake deed dated 92.011979, registered on<\/p>\n
A 5:197? at S}. No.1\u20ac}25 of the Sub—Registrar, lielgaum, as<\/p>\n
‘  111211 and vo\ufb01, since according to the plainti\ufb02” the saici sale<\/p>\n
u  had not been executed by the plainti\ufb01”.<\/p>\n

4. En this regard, the defendant had disputed the-‘Claim<\/p>\n
put forth by the piainti\ufb01’. The Trial Court framed .33 <\/p>\n
10 issues for its consideration. in order to   <\/p>\n
