RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n              ---------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.36829 OF 2009\n               ---------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 21st day of December, 2009.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension<\/p>\n<p>issued as per Exhibit P2 whereby the Additional Director of Public<\/p>\n<p>Instruction has placed the petitioner under suspension along with<\/p>\n<p>one P.K.Sivanandan.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>innocent in respect of the allegations leading to the order of<\/p>\n<p>suspension and the petitioner had earlier submitted Exhibit P3<\/p>\n<p>representation before the Deputy Director of Education, Kannur<\/p>\n<p>explaining the real facts. Challenging the order of suspension,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has filed Exhibit P6 revision petition before the<\/p>\n<p>Government. It is stated that the petitioner is due to retire from<\/p>\n<p>service on 31.03.2010 and therefore, unless urgent orders are<\/p>\n<p>issued in Exhibit P6, that may put the petitioner in further trouble<\/p>\n<p>as the petitioner will not be able to get the pensionary benefits<\/p>\n<p>within a reasonable time.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.36829\/2009               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       3. Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In the light of the fact that Exhibit P6 is one concerning the<\/p>\n<p>challenge against the order of suspension, there will be a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 1st respondent to take a decision on Exhibit P6<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.       The petitioner will produce a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment along with copy of the writ petition for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>       This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   T.R.
