No.1285 of 2010\n                 SHRABAN KUMAR MANDAL son of Ram Prasad Mandal---------Petitioner.\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   27.9.2010                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Though petitioner is husband and is alleged for causing<\/p>\n<p>                         cruelty for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry but that was not<\/p>\n<p>                         made at early stage of marriage rather after lapse of years when<\/p>\n<p>                         complainant did not give birth of any child such demand was made<\/p>\n<p>                         first by mother-in-law. Thereafter, all the accused persons including<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner are alleged for causing cruelty including ousting the<\/p>\n<p>                         complainant from matrimonial house, according to the learned<\/p>\n<p>                         counsel, never can be justified for refusal of anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                         in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from<\/p>\n<p>                         date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, above named<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                         Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                         satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with C.R.<\/p>\n<p>                         case no.1114 of 2008, T.R. no.2250 of 2009 subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                         conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>                         Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                             ( Mandhata Singh, J.)<br \/>\n     Sudip\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shraban Kumar Mandal vs The State Of Bihar on 27 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
