No.26327 of 2010\n              SANJAY CHOUDHARY SON OF MIHILAL CHOUDHARY\n              RESIDENT OF VILLAGE MIRZAPUR,P.S.BARAHAR,DISTT.BANKA\n                               Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n              For the petitioner : Mr. Ram Balak Mahto, Sr.Advocate\n              For the State      : Mr. Addl.P.P.\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   03.11.2010              Heard     learned        counsel            for         the<\/p>\n<p>                  parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   petitioner        seeks    bail       in     Banka<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S.Case     No.    37     of    2009      which       has        been<\/p>\n<p>                  registered for offence under Section 302\/34<\/p>\n<p>                  of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Allegation is that the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  co-accused       Kartik     Choudhary,          who        were     on<\/p>\n<p>                  motorcycle,        caused       death      of      informant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                  brother.
