Mishra, for grant of temporary bail for the accused<br \/>\non the ground of her sickness.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\n Ms. K.U. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pandya,<br \/>\nlearned APP for the opponent-state. Mr. Pandya has produced a report<br \/>\nof the District Superintendent of Police, Patan, addressed to Mr.<br \/>\nPandya. Along with the said report, statement of one doctor, namely,<br \/>\nHinay B. Barot has  been enclosed, wherein, the said doctor on<br \/>\nperusing the zerox copy of the medical certificate has stated that he<br \/>\nhas  not issued the said certificate. It therefore prima facie<br \/>\nappears that the certificate produced on record is forged one and<br \/>\nproduction of such forged certificate amounts to an offence.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTherefore,<br \/>\nDistrict Superintendent of Police, Patan, is directed to look into<br \/>\nthe matter and if it is found that the certificate produced on the<br \/>\nrecord of this case is forged, he is directed to do the needful for<br \/>\nregistering an offence against the responsible person who has<br \/>\nproduced the said report.
