No.6175 of 2010 (V)\n              ---------------------------------\n               Dated, this the 29th day of July, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner claims to be a Part Time Sweeper, engaged in<\/p>\n<p>the PH Sub Division Office of the 1st respondent at Thodupuzha. It<\/p>\n<p>is stated that she has been engaged since 01\/07\/1993 and that she<\/p>\n<p>is entitled to regularisation of her service on the basis of GO(P)<\/p>\n<p>No.501\/2005\/Fin. dated 25\/11\/2005, as clarified in GO(P)<\/p>\n<p>No.61\/2010\/Fin. dated 09\/02\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In view of the claim as above, I direct the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>to consider the case of the petitioner and get the sweeping area<\/p>\n<p>measured      as   provided    in  GO(P)    No.501\/2005\/Fin.     dated<\/p>\n<p>25\/11\/2005 and make necessary proposal to the 1st respondent in<\/p>\n<p>order to pass orders in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>      It is directed that the petitioner shall produce a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment before the 3rd respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>      This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   (ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE)<br \/>\njg<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Mini V.N.
