Petitioner faces allegations under<\/p>\n<p>the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. He continues<\/p>\n<p>in custody from 24.02.08.           1116 ampules of buprenorphin was<\/p>\n<p>allegedly kept in the possession of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied<\/p>\n<p>that the offence alleged against the petitioner being a bailable one<\/p>\n<p>in the light of the decision in Mathew @ <a href=\"\/doc\/39126\/\">Raju v. State of Kerala<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[2008(1) KHC 902] and <a href=\"\/doc\/1792212\/\">Salam v. Union of India<\/a> [2008 (1) KLT<\/p>\n<p>498], the petitioner is entitled to and can be granted regular bail on<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, this application is allowed.
