New\nDelhi-110005?\n\nReply from the PIO:\nThe appellant was given point wise reply to the queries presented by him.\nIn view of point 1) no such records available in this office of EE(M)-II\/KBZ\nIn view of point 2), 3), 4) and 5) same as above in 1).\n In view of point 6) No such information is available in the record of EE(M)-II\nIn view of point 7), 8) &amp; 9) same as above in 6).\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information provided by PIO.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Davinder Singh<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. S. K. Chauhan, EE(B) and Mr. Jagdish Chander, AE(W) on behalf of Mr. Suresh<br \/>\n                Chandra, PIO &amp; SE;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO has given adequate information available as per records. The Appellant would like to<br \/>\ninspect the said property with the respondent on 10 May 2011 at 11.00AM. They will meet at the site and<br \/>\nmake a joint inspection report of the observations and taken photographs. Both the parities will sign the<br \/>\ninspection report and a copy of the report will be kept by each.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to conduct a joint inspection of the property as directed above<br \/>\non 10 May 2011 at 11.00AM.
