It is submitted that the entire<br \/>\n     nature of the application has been changed by allowing amendment<br \/>\n     application.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Shri Gupta, counsel appearing for respondent\/landlord at the<br \/>\n     outset submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw entire<br \/>\n     proceedings before the Rent Controlling Authority, Bhopal with liberty to<br \/>\n     file fresh duly constituted application before the Rent Controlling<br \/>\n     Authority, Bhopal for eviction against the petitioner under Chapter III-A<br \/>\n     of the M.P. Accommodation Control Act, 1961 in the prescribed<br \/>\n     proforma.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Prayer made by the respondent is not opposed by Shri Riaz<br \/>\n     Mohammad.\n<\/p>\n<p>            In view of aforesaid, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw<br \/>\n     the entire proceedings before the Rent Controlling Authority, Bhopal<br \/>\n     with liberty to file a duly constituted application under Chapter III-A of<br \/>\n     the M.P.
