No.44466 of 2010\n                  MD. NAZIMUDDIN, son of Sk. Balal, resident of village - Balbat, P S -\n                         Araria (Tarawari), District - Araria\n                                                   Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   26.3.2011                    Petitioner is apprehending arrest under section 498A<\/p>\n<p>                      of the Indian Penal Code in Complaint Case No.167-C of 2009.<\/p>\n<p>                      Looking at the narration in the complaint which is yet to be<\/p>\n<p>                      tried and the charges established, the Court is inclined to give<\/p>\n<p>                      him benefit of doubt at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Let the petitioner Md. Nazimuddin, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                      arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                      on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000\/- (fifteen thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                      with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                      the S D J M, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.167-<\/p>\n<p>                      C of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under section<\/p>\n<p>                      438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. One of the surety will<\/p>\n<p>                      be executed by a close blood relation.
