No. 6862 OF 2004\n                --------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 14th day of March, 2008.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioners approached this Court with certain grievance<\/p>\n<p>regarding contribution to Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare<\/p>\n<p>Fund.   Though the learned counsel vehemently attempted to<\/p>\n<p>attack the orders on merits, in view of the statement made by<\/p>\n<p>the second respondent that the case has been considered on<\/p>\n<p>merits, it is submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to<\/p>\n<p>pay the defaulted contribution in installments.
