UDAYABHANU, J.\n\n                            --------------------------------------\n\n                             B.A.NO.2980 OF 2007\n\n                            -----------------------------------\n\n                    Dated this the 18th day of May 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                        ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>        This is  an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal   Procedure.   The   petitioner   is   the   accused   in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.66\/07 of Parassala Police Station registered under Section 498<\/p>\n<p>(A) IPC.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     On   hearing   both   sides,   I   am   of   the   view   that   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is to be granted the order sought for.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     It   is   hereby   directed   that   in   the   event   of   arrest   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in connection with the above crime, he shall be released<\/p>\n<p>on   bail   by   the   officer   concerned   on   executing   a   bond   for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.25,000\/-   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to<\/p>\n<p>the satisfaction of the above officer.  It is further stipulated that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall appear  before  proper  court and seek bail within a<\/p>\n<p>period of thirty days.   He shall make available for interrogation by<\/p>\n<p>the   police   officer.
