There is no dispute that<\/p>\n<p>it is an appealable order. The contention is that no particular<\/p>\n<p>reason is stated in the order as to why the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>discriminated. That itself is a good ground for the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>pursue in appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, the<\/p>\n<p>ancillary grievance regarding demurrage also shall be looked into<\/p>\n<p>by the appellate authority.       Therefore, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the event of the petitioner pursuing the remedy of appeal<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from today, the same shall be<\/p>\n<p>treated to have been filed in time.
