No.3490 of 2011\n                                          ASHISH KUMAR\n                                                Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   17.03.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and it appears from<\/p>\n<p>                 perusal of impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIth,<\/p>\n<p>                 Patna that petitioner along with one Sunil Paswan was arrested in<\/p>\n<p>                 Nagarbausa       P.S. Case No.139\/2009 along with the alleged stolen<\/p>\n<p>                 motorcycle, and subsequently, he as well as above stated co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                 Sunil Paswan were ramanded in this case. The report of list and computer<\/p>\n<p>                 of this Court shows that aforesaid Sunil Paswan has already been<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail vide order dated 23.7.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                 24349 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the aforesaid circumstance, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                 Ashish Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Vijaya, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
