Director against vacancy of Yr 2006-07 upon the recommendations of DPC and while holding the said post, he retired from service but as is evident from Pension Payment order issued on 09\/10\/09 (Ann.2), his retiral dues have been computed treating him to be Sr. Medical Officer, which according to him appears to be incorrect and that apart, benefit of sixth pay commission as well as consequential revision of pensionary dues have also not been extended to him despite legal notice served.<br \/>\n\t\tIssue notice alongwith a copy of this order, returnable within four weeks, as to why petition may not be finally disposed of at admission stage.
