Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :04\/04\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C) 11566 of 2008\n\n             -------------------------------------\n\n                        Dated: APRIL 4, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to Ext.P2,<\/p>\n<p>request for concurrence was considered by the RTA, Thrissur and<\/p>\n<p>the same was rejected. He made an application for a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings, that also had been turned down by Ext.P3.<\/p>\n<p>      2. One of the reasons stated is that there is no time-limit for<\/p>\n<p>issuing the certified copies.  The manner in which the petitioners&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>request was dealt with cannot be appreciated.        If a person is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by an order affecting his legal rights, he is entitled to<\/p>\n<p>pursue the statutory remedies. If that requires production of copy<\/p>\n<p>of an order, he should be given such copy without delay.<\/p>\n<p>      3. In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>that the 2nd respondent shall issue copy of the decision of the RTA,<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur, taken on Exts.P1 and P2.
