Bhabua, District Kaimur\n                         (Bhabua).\n                                                                         .........Petitioner\n                                                  Versus\n                         The State Of Bihar\n                                                                 ..........Opposite party\n                                            --------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   22\/11\/2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     341, 323, 447, 504, 385, 387, 307, 379, 506\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, is named accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                     case along with two other non-petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission is that specific accusation levelled<\/p>\n<p>                     against the non-petitioners for demanding rangdari, assaulting<\/p>\n<p>                     and taking away some cash and kind etc., but nothing specific is<\/p>\n<p>                     attributed against the petitioner, who has also clean antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                                 If, it is so, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before<\/p>\n<p>                     the court below within four weeks, let the above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Kaimur (Bhabua), in connection with Bhabua P.S.
