This is an application for<br \/>\ncondonation of delay of 479 days that has occurred in filing the<br \/>\nFirst Appeal to challenge the award by the Reference Court in land<br \/>\nacquisition matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHaving<br \/>\ngone through the application, particularly para-3 of the application<br \/>\nsupported by affidavit, it cannot be said that delay caused in filing<br \/>\nthe Appeal has remained totally unexplained. The appellant is an<br \/>\norganisation and procedural delay do occur. Under the circumstances,<br \/>\nwe are inclined to condone delay by allowing this application.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tApplication<br \/>\nstands allowed. Delay of 479 days is condoned. Rule made absolute.
