It appears that in spite of the same, Dr. A.P. Gupte<br \/>\nwho was asked to report to this Court as to whether the convict is in<br \/>\na position to look after himself or not, has reported that the<br \/>\nconvict is in a position to look after himself.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe circumstances, it is directed Dr. A.P. Gupte shall remain present<br \/>\nbefore this Court on  25th November 2010.  The convict<br \/>\nshall also be produced before this Court with his son who was<br \/>\npursuing the matter on that date.
