31.3.2008. The term of the elected office bearers wasorie.<\/p>\n
year as per the bye–1aws, which were in force at  <\/p>\n
the election. Thus, the term of the managing com_rriVittee”‘.Vasll <\/p>\n
from 31.3.2003 to 31.3.2009. Since ‘a.e\u00a2tio’n–<\/p>\n
held after 31.3.2009, the petitioners iil.ed’..a rep:1.5esAeritation”ill<\/p>\n
before the District Registrar to “the elec_tion,”‘.= ‘i;1vieHbye–
\nlaws of the Society was,_   13.12.2009 by<\/p>\n
increasing the term of the office oflthe committee<\/p>\n
to three years.:,   approved by the<\/p>\n

 6.7.2010 has directed the 3″” respondent to hold<\/p>\n
election in accordance with the amended bye~law. Since the<\/p>\n
3rd respondent did not comply with the said direction\ufb02thep<\/p>\n
petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking the <\/p>\n
