Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :27\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ---------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No. 418 of 2009\n                 ------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 27th day of February, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner seeks to quash Exhibit P1 and to restrain the<\/p>\n<p>members of the respondents 1 to 4 Unions from parking<\/p>\n<p>autorickshaws and goods carriages in front of the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>building by name V.K. Tower at Mannarkkad Town. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>also seeks a direction to the 6th respondent to set up taxi stands\/<\/p>\n<p>goods vehicle stands at appropriate places in Mannarkad Town.<\/p>\n<p>      From the counter affidavit filed by the 7th respondent, it is<\/p>\n<p>evident that the aforesaid place mentioned in the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>not an approved parking place. If that be so, arrangement made<\/p>\n<p>by Exhibit P1, does not have the sanction of law.<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to ensure that       autorickshaw and goods carriage<\/p>\n<p>vehicles are not     permitted to be parked in front of the<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 418 \/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s building namely V.K.
