It is<\/p>\n<p>seen from the statement filed on behalf of the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>that prior to the transfer of the property as per Ext.P4, the vendor<\/p>\n<p>was a defaulter of arrears of tax under the provisions of KGST Act<\/p>\n<p>and CST Act. The issue is covered against the petitioner by the<\/p>\n<p>bench decision of this court in <a href=\"\/doc\/697226\/\">K.S.I.D.C.Ltd. v. Parisons<\/p>\n<p>Milling Co.Pvt.Ltd.<\/a> 2006(3) KLT 287.
