Rathore, Public Prosecutor, for the State.\n\nBY THE COURT:\t\t<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThis is second application for suspension of sentence.  The first application of the appellant was allowed and he was directed to be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial court vide order dated 04.01.2006, but the appellant did not furnish the bail bonds and the matter was again listed before this Court on 02.03.2007 and it was directed that the trial court be informed that the accused may not be released without any further order of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the appellant submits that there is no other case pending against the appellant but he could not be released on bail, as he could not come to know about bail order dated 04.01.2006.  He has explained the circumstances in detail in the application.
