No.18994 of 2011\n                                         KARU PRASAD\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       29.06.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking into consideration that the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     languishing in jail custody since 19.12.2010 on the<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation    that   one loaded   country-made     pistol   was<\/p>\n<p>                     recovered beneath the bed of the petitioner, whereas, the<\/p>\n<p>                     seizure list does not contain either signature of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     or his family members, let the petitioner, namely, Karu<\/p>\n<p>                     Prasad be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each in connection with Rajauli P.S.
