Petition allowed. Delay condoned.<\/p>\n<p>Mat.Appeal No.805 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>     The counsel submit that the parties have settled their<\/p>\n<p>disputes. The mediated settlement agreement dated 20.03.2010,<\/p>\n<p>signed by both parties and duly counter signed by their counsel,<\/p>\n<p>has been filed. That mediated settlement agreement has been<\/p>\n<p>forwarded to this Court by the Mediator. The counsel pray and<\/p>\n<p>we agree that the said mediated settlement agreement can be<\/p>\n<p>accepted and this appeal can now be dismissed. The mediated<\/p>\n<p>settlement agreement shall be appended to the appellate<\/p>\n<p>decree.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.
