Desai is appearing on behalf of appellant and<br \/>\nlearned advocate Mr. R.C. Kakkad is appearing on behalf of<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tToday,<br \/>\nwhen the matter is called out in first sessions, learned advocate Mr.<br \/>\nDesai is not remained present before this Court. No body has<br \/>\nmentioned this matter to adjourn this matter on behalf of learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Desai. Neither sick note nor leave note is filed by<br \/>\nlearned advocate Mr. Desai. Even in second session also, learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Desai is not remained present before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHowever,<br \/>\nlearned advocate Mr. R.C. Kakkad is remained present before this<br \/>\nCourt on both occasions.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nbeing a very old matter of 1993 which is pending before this Court<br \/>\nfor about 17 years.
