Bhandari\n\nMr. Anoop Dhand, for the petitioners.\nMr. Amit Poonia, Public Prosecutor.\n..........\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIt is stated that main allegation of causing head injury to deceased Tejpal is against Ratan @ Suwatia @ Chatar Singh.  So far petitioners are concerned, they are said to have caused injury to Tejpal, Lal Chand and Mukesh, however, all the these three have received simple injury from blunt object, thus, petitioners may be granted bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tOn the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tAfter considering the rival submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, which may otherwise affect the outcome of the trial, looking to the facts of this case, I am of the view that the petitioners deserve to be enlarged on bail.  Accordingly, the bail application is accepted and I consider it just and proper to release the accused-petitioners namely, Bhairu Ram and Bhanwarlal on bail under section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.144\/2009 registered at Police Station-Raghunathgarh, District Sikar for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 308 &amp; 302 IPC provided each of them, furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000\/- together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.\n<\/p>\n<p>(M.N.
