JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 18\/10\/2011  \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been<br \/>\nfiled, with the following prayers :\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tThis<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or in the<br \/>\nnature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,<br \/>\norder or direction, directing the respondent No.2 to grant the<br \/>\napplication at Annexure-&#8216;B&#8217; dated 27.09.2011 submitted by the<br \/>\npetitioner with respect to the entry \/ correction of the birth record<br \/>\nunder the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act,<br \/>\n1969 and the Rules framed thereunder.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tThis<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or in the<br \/>\nnature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,<br \/>\norder or direction, directing the respondent No.2 to entertain<br \/>\nthe application at Annexure-&#8216;B&#8217;
