 arising from the Complaint:\n<\/p>\n
        Mr. K. Vatsala had filed a RTI application with the PIO, NALSAR University of
\nLaw, Hyderabad on 27\/01\/2009 asking for certain information. Since no reply was
\nreceived within the mandated time of 30 days, he had filed a complaint under Section 18
\nto the Commission.\n<\/p>\n
        The Commission issued a notice to the PIO on 05\/05\/2009 asking him to supply
\nthe information by 30\/05\/2009 and sought an explanation for not furnishing the
\ninformation within the mandated time. The PIO has informed the Commission vide letter
\ndated 26\/05\/2009 that the information had been provided to the complainant and provided
\nthe cause for delay.\n<\/p>\n
Decision:\n<\/p>\n
The Complaint is disposed.\n<\/p>\n
        The Commission is of the view that the cause for delay is reasonable.\n<\/p>\n
