The board<br \/>\nof Industrial Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has forwarded the<br \/>\nopinion for winding up of Claris Organics Ltd. under the provisions<br \/>\nof Section 20(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies Special Provisions<br \/>\nAct, 1985 (SICA) and it is registered as Company Petition.  There is<br \/>\nno scheme for revival yet presented of the said company and hence the<br \/>\npresent petition is required to be admitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nAdmit.  The Official Liquidator is hereby appointed as<br \/>\nProvisional Liquidator of Claris Organics Ltd., and take over the<br \/>\ncustody of the properties of the company.  It is further directed to<br \/>\npublish the petition for hearing in two local newspapers, Indian<br \/>\nExpress (English Daily) and Sandesh (Gujarati Daily) both Vadodara<br \/>\nEdition and publication in the Government Gazette is dispensed with.<br \/>\nThe date of hearing is fixed on 7th March, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
