RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n             -----------------------------------------\n              W.P.(C) Nos.18900, 18901, 18902\n                        &amp; 18903 OF 2010\n              -----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 17th day of June, 2010.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     All these writ petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking for<\/p>\n<p>a direction to the Election Commission to pass appropriate orders<\/p>\n<p>after completing the trial in respect of the original petitions filed,<\/p>\n<p>copies of which have been produced in each of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>as Exhibit P1. In all these writ petitions, what is sought for is for<\/p>\n<p>a direction to the Election Commission to dispose of the matter<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously, at any rate, before the next elections are<\/p>\n<p>conducted.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Learned Standing Counsel for the State Election<\/p>\n<p>Commission has filed a detailed statement. In paragraph 3 of the<\/p>\n<p>said statement, a detailed chart is shown with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings taken in respect of these cases. Going by the chart,<\/p>\n<p>the matters have been posted to 19.06.2010. It is pointed out<\/p>\n<p>that the cases will be disposed of in accordance with priority and<\/p>\n<p>seniority expeditiously. It is further pointed out that the State<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.18900\/2010 &amp; conn. cases      2<\/p>\n<p>Election     Commission            is functioning as  Chairman of the<\/p>\n<p>Delimitation        Commission        and   therefore, there are huge<\/p>\n<p>responsibilities as far as the Chairman is concerned.<\/p>\n<p>       There will be a direction to the Election Commission to<\/p>\n<p>dispose of the matter, expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>       These writ petitions are disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                         T.R.
