Patel, learned advocate waives service of rule on behalf of<br \/>\nthe opponent.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\neach of these applications, the applicants seek condonation of delay<br \/>\nof 31 days caused in preferring Miscellaneous Civil Applications<br \/>\npraying for recall of common order dated 20th July, 2010<br \/>\npassed in Special Civil Applications No.7047\/2010 to 7052\/2010<br \/>\nrespectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nMr. M.R. Bhatt, learned Senior advocate for the applicants and Mr.<br \/>\nR.K. Patel for the opponent.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\napplicants and more particularly, considering the averments made in<br \/>\nparagraph 3 of the application, it appears that the delay caused in<br \/>\nfiling of the Miscellaneous Civil Applications has been sufficiently<br \/>\nexplained.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tIn<br \/>\nthe circumstances, the applications are allowed.  The delay of 31<br \/>\ndays caused in preferring each of the Miscellaneous Civil<br \/>\nApplications is hereby condoned.  Rule is made absolute accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(<br \/>\nD.A.
