THE SUPERINTENDENT, I.D.HOSPITAL, AGAMKUAN, PATNA-7----\n                --------------------------------------RESPONDENTS\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   7.3.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                              Since it is a limited issue which has been raised by<\/p>\n<p>               the petitioner that she has been at the verge of retirement and<\/p>\n<p>               necessary circular of the State Government does provide for grant<\/p>\n<p>               of exemption from passing of Hindi Noting and Drafting<\/p>\n<p>               Examination specially in the background that she has failed to pass<\/p>\n<p>               the said examination despite repeated attempts and has already<\/p>\n<p>               crossed the age of fifty years. This writ application was filed<\/p>\n<p>               because the Superintendent of I.D. Hospital, Agamkuan, Patna has<\/p>\n<p>               not taken any decision on the application of petitioner dated<\/p>\n<p>               2.9.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              This writ application is disposed of with a<\/p>\n<p>               direction upon respondent no.11 that taking into consideration that<\/p>\n<p>               there are provisions for exemption if an employee has failed to<\/p>\n<p>               pass the examination despite repeated attempts and has crossed<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      fifty years of age, he will consider the matter sympathetically and<\/p>\n<p>      necessary order be passed within three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>      communication or production of a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<p>                     This writ application is disposed of with the above<\/p>\n<p>      direction.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>RPS                 (Ajay Kumar Tripathi,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Irine Dass vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 7 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.9821 of 2010 1.
