Learned advocate Shri<br \/>\nR.C. Jani, under instruction of applicant, submitted that the parties<br \/>\nhave in fact arrived at amicable settlement, whereunder the rival<br \/>\ncomplaints have been decided to be not pressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tShri<br \/>\nVirat G Popat submitted that if it is so, then let this matter be<br \/>\npermitted to be withdrawn and liberty be reserved in favour of the<br \/>\napplicant to approach the Court, in case there is some difficulty.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Jani, in view of this seeks permission to withdraw this<br \/>\npetition as the parties are on the verge of settling the dispute.<br \/>\nMr. Jani further submits that liberty be reserved, in case of<br \/>\ndifficulty to approach.
