Vide\u00a0CPIO\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a04\u00a0June\u00a02010,\u00a0disclosure\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\ninformation \u00a0 was \u00a0 denied \u00a0 under \u00a0 section \u00a0 8 \u00a0 (1) \u00a0 (d) \u00a0 ,(e)\u00a0<br \/>\nand\u00a0\u00a0(j)\u00a0\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   Applicant \u00a0 preferred \u00a0 appeal \u00a0 dated \u00a0 8 \u00a0 July \u00a0 2010\u00a0<br \/>\nbefore\u00a0the\u00a0first\u00a0appellate\u00a0authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.   Vide\u00a0FAA\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a019\u00a0July\u00a02010\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0was\u00a0<br \/>\ndecided\u00a0by\u00a0dismissing\u00a0the\u00a0appeal\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0grounds\u00a0that\u00a0<br \/>\ninformation \u00a0 sought \u00a0 by \u00a0 the \u00a0 appellant \u00a0 was \u00a0 personal \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\nnature \u00a0 and \u00a0 related \u00a0 to \u00a0 his \u00a0 dispute \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 office\u00a0<br \/>\nbearers\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0trust\u00a0which\u00a0did\u00a0not\u00a0constitute\u00a0larger\u00a0<br \/>\npublic\u00a0interest.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.    Appellant \u00a0 preferred \u00a0 second \u00a0 appeal \u00a0 before \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nCommission. \u00a0 Matter \u00a0 was \u00a0 heard \u00a0 today \u00a0 through\u00a0<br \/>\nvideoconferencing.\u00a0Both\u00a0parties\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0as\u00a0above\u00a0<br \/>\nand \u00a0 made \u00a0 submissions \u00a0 from \u00a0 Mumbai. \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 stated\u00a0<br \/>\n                                      Appeal\u00a0:\u00a0No.\u00a0CIC\/DS\/A\/2011\/000114\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>that \u00a0 the \u00a0 above\u00admentioned \u00a0 Club \u00a0 had \u00a0 indulged \u00a0 in \u00a0 many\u00a0<br \/>\nirregularities\u00a0which\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0disclosed\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0income\u00a0<br \/>\ntax \u00a0 authorities \u00a0 by \u00a0 him \u00a0 vide \u00a0 his \u00a0 above\u00admentioned\u00a0<br \/>\nletters\u00a0and\u00a0sought\u00a0to\u00a0know\u00a0what\u00a0action\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0taken\u00a0<br \/>\nby\u00a0the\u00a0Department.\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0based\u00a0on\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 complaints \u00a0 put \u00a0 in \u00a0 by \u00a0 the \u00a0 appellant, \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nDepartment\u00a0had\u00a0reopened\u00a0the\u00a0accounts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Club\u00a0for\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 assessment \u00a0 year \u00a0 2006 \u00a0 &#8211; \u00a0 07 \u00a0 and \u00a0 on \u00a0 the \u00a0 basis \u00a0 of\u00a0<br \/>\ntheir\u00a0findings\u00a0had\u00a0withdrawn\u00a0the\u00a0exemptions\u00a0given\u00a0to\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0Trust.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Decision\u00a0notice<\/p>\n<p>6.
