Mr. K.L.Pandya,<br \/>\n\tlearned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent &#8211;<br \/>\n\tState.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\n\tis an application preferred by mother of &#8211; Ketan M. Desai<br \/>\n\tarrested in connection with CR No.I-184 of 2011 registered with Sola<br \/>\n\tPolice Station praying for temporary bail for a period of 30 days on<br \/>\n\tthe ground of medical treatment of accused son.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI have perused papers. I<br \/>\n\tdeem it fit and proper to order release of the applicant on<br \/>\n\ttemporary bail for a period of 15 (fifteen) days from actual date of<br \/>\n\trelease.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t In<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case the accused &#8211;<br \/>\n\tapplicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail on his<br \/>\n\tfurnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)<br \/>\n\twith the jail authority for a period of 15 (fifteen) days from<br \/>\n\tactual date of release. He shall surrender with the jail authority<br \/>\n\ton expiry of temporary bail period.  Rule made absolute to the<br \/>\n\taforesaid extent.
