The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 application<\/p>\n<p>for review of suspension before the 1st respondent.          The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P3 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a copy of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>along with a certified copy of this judgment to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       S.SIRI JAGAN, JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>rhs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court A.K.
