Rathod for the<br \/>\nparties.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tAfter<br \/>\nhearing, both the sides have agreed and accepted that respondent<br \/>\nshall get the premises examined by Structural Engineer and as per his<br \/>\nopinion \/ suggestion, renovation and reparation will be carried out,<br \/>\nwhich will also be given to the Municipal Corporation and thereafter,<br \/>\nhe can proceed with the renovation of the premises within his<br \/>\npossession.
