Heard Miss Mallika Mazumdar, learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel     for      the    petitioner         and      Shri<\/p>\n<p>                   Dinbandhu Singh, learned G.P.9 appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of all the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The     petitioner,      who        retired     on<\/p>\n<p>                   30.6.2009       as      Excise     Constable,            has<\/p>\n<p>                   approached      this    Court    with     a    prayer     to<\/p>\n<p>                   direct the respondents to pay the amount of<\/p>\n<p>                   G.P.F., which has not been paid till date.<\/p>\n<p>                   It was submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that authorization by respondent<\/p>\n<p>                   no.6\/District          Provident        Fund     Officer,<\/p>\n<p>                   Saharsa has already been done and addressed<\/p>\n<p>                   to the Excise Superintendent, Supaul, but<\/p>\n<p>                   the   payment     has      not   been     made    to     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioner<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        has drawn my attention to Annexure-1 to the<\/p>\n<p>        writ petition i.e. a copy of communication<\/p>\n<p>        made by respondent no.6 to respondent no.7.<\/p>\n<p>                   In view of the fact that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        retired     in    the     month     of   June,2009   and<\/p>\n<p>        authorization has already been issued by the<\/p>\n<p>        District    Provident       Fund    Officer,   Saharsa,<\/p>\n<p>        respondent            no.7\/Excise        Superintendent,<\/p>\n<p>        Supaul is directed to make payment as per<\/p>\n<p>        authorization in respect of provident fund<\/p>\n<p>        to the petitioner within a period of eight<\/p>\n<p>        weeks from the date of receipt\/production of<\/p>\n<p>        a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   With         above       observation      and<\/p>\n<p>        direction, the writ petition stands allowed.<\/p>\n<pre>N.H.\/                         ( Rakesh Kumar,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shobha Kant Jha vs The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors on 16 November, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.19732 of 2011 Shobha Kant Jha, Son of Late Bholat Jha, Resident of Village Tilhar, P.O.
