No. 372\/11 arising out of Tajpur<\/p>\n<p>                   (Pusa) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2010 (G.R. No. 1309\/10)<\/p>\n<p>                   subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the<\/p>\n<p>                   bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will<\/p>\n<p>                   give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                   with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           inform the Court if there is any change in the address of<\/p>\n<p>           the petitioner. (ii) That the petitioner will give an<\/p>\n<p>           undertaking that he will receive the police papers on the<\/p>\n<p>           given date and be present on date fixed for charge and if<\/p>\n<p>           he fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial in<\/p>\n<p>           any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for<\/p>\n<p>           reasons of misuse.
