No.3275 of 2010\n                                       DINA GOPE\n                                         Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   23.6.2010.             Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering that the prayer has earlier<\/p>\n<p>                  been dismissed by this court, the same is again<\/p>\n<p>                  dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              However, the court directs that a copy<\/p>\n<p>                  of    the    letter   of    the   learned     trial   Judge<\/p>\n<p>                  appearing     at   flag-A    be   sent   to    the    Senior<\/p>\n<p>                  Superintendent of Police, Patna with a direction<\/p>\n<p>                  to produce the witnesses named therein in two<\/p>\n<p>                  months&#8217; time so that they are examined with a<\/p>\n<p>                  report to this court about the compliance of the<\/p>\n<p>                  present order. The trial court is expected to<\/p>\n<p>                  dispose of the trial in a total period of five<\/p>\n<p>                  months from the date of the receipt of the copy<\/p>\n<p>                  of the present order or the production of the<\/p>\n<p>                  same before it.
