No.744 of 2011\n                                  SANJAY MUKHIYA\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.02.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to<\/p>\n<p>                 make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail<\/p>\n<p>                 petition during course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sri Nagar P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                 Case No. 12 of 2010 registered under section-302 &amp; other<\/p>\n<p>                 sections of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Allegedly, the petitioner assaulted the injured, Dipu<\/p>\n<p>                 Mukhiya who has received simple injury which is evident from<\/p>\n<p>                 Annexure-3 to this petition. It is the prosecution case itself that<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner even did not touch the body of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Mukhiya s directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each              in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Sri Nagar P.S.
