note dated 1.8.2006. on 1.8.2003, defendent*\ufb02iey<\/p>\n
alleged to have executed an acknowledgement iofsj ”<\/p>\n
liability. On consideratiuni ii efiilixthegv<\/p>\n
acknowledgement of liability 7whiehi is_”s\u00a7:\u00a7~Tt\u00a7*[<\/p>\n
have been executed by defendant o\ufb01 obverse of pro
\nnote dated 1.8.2000. I hold that a\ufb01art\ufb01frdm the
\nfact that evidence on reeordidcee not prove the
\nexecution of ecknow1edgement_ sf hliebility by<\/p>\n
defendant on\ufb02 then pro jn5t\u00a7’,d\u00e9\u00a3ed5 1.8.2000 the<\/p>\n
endorsement’ detedL’l.8.2\ufb01G3: does not constitute
\nthe acknowledgement\u00bb of iliability in terms of<\/p>\n
Sectien”u19 of. the v\ufb01imitation Act. On careful<\/p>\n

defendant paid a sum of Rs.1,6Cl0\/’- towards<\/p>\n

6. The evidence of plaintiff and her witness<\/p>\n
in proof of acknowledgment of liability dated<\/p>\n
